Christina Perri is my Artist of the week! She is an amazing song writer and has the ability to make you feel every emotion  that her powerful lyrics evoke.She has a great "Never Give Up" attitude which makes her a perfect pick :) Her album "Jar of hearts was released 9/2010 so check it out !

Diva On a Dime

Ladies, Ladies, Ladies. I am not sure if any of you have tried Loreal "HIP" Dual Eye shadows but let me tell you . They are FABULOUS! I have been using them for about 2 years now and continue to pick new colors all the time. The shadows are high in pigment so the color stays for long periods of time. Unlike some other pharmacy brand make- up these shadows are not dusty which is one of the 2 main reasons why I buy them. The other main reason why i love them so much is the PRICE!  Typically you will find them for about $10.00 (already a steal right) But While at CVS last week I stumbled across a little sign that said " 75% off selected Loreal Products" I'm sure I don't have to explain just how tickled I was! My Beloved dual shadows for $2.49 each! sooooo I stocked up! 4 new dual pods roughly $10.00, tri color peach blush 3.50, And two lip gloss tubes 2.50 Each. I could have cried I was so happy lol! So there you have it kids another ridiculous find for divas on a dime <3

Diva On a Dime

As much as I would like to say that I have all the money in the world to buy all the top designer things I would like, Lets be honest.. I don't lol! Luckily I was fortunate to be blessed with a mother who taught me how to shop and style wisely. With that being said I thought it would be fun to blog about really great and inexpensive finds! So for the girls who want to look like a million bucks but Have rent due on the first this is for you <3



Today I took a Trip to Tj Max ( I la la la love Tj max) for a new bag and wallet. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices today. I came across guess bags for $20.00- $30.00 along with some other top designer bags like juicy couture ranging from $80.00-$250.00. After about half hour I ended up going with this awesome Jessica Simpson Bag and Nine west Wallet. Love the bag its got lots of pockets, its got great structure and the details are just enough.  Jessica Simpson bag: $39.00  Nine West Wallet: $7.00!!!!! Sold! Ill Take it! Bag it up lol <3

My Wonderful Friends

Today I had a visit from one of my truly amazing friends Josh (aka chachi). We caught up had lunch and even frozen yogurt. After we parted I started thinking of how blessed I am to have friends  like josh that I consider family. Dede, Gina, Chachi, Azhia, Autumn, Jem, Tina and lori and last but not last Lindsay (and her pancakes!)I love you all so much and I thank you all for being there when I was sad or down over the years. I have laughed and cried with all of you and you all have a special place in my heart. I want to thank everyone of you for talking me into and out of crazy shit lol you guys are in almost every one of my good memories and you all continue to brighten my days :) I love you guys <3

Goobye 2010 Hello 2011

With 2010 coming to a anticipated end I'm looking forward to the new year. Reflecting back on 2010 brings so many emotions to surface. It makes me realize just how much one person can go through in one year, It also makes me realize what a strong person I am having gone through the past year. Personally 2010 brought me to  turning point in my life, I realized I wasn't happy anymore... With my job, My social life, and most importantly with myself. I couldn't understand how I got lost in the day to day, no longer participating in my hobby's and feeling like I didn't even know what kind of things I liked anymore. I guess I was just feeling very lost.With Help from my loved ones and friends I starting doing little things here an there to help me cope with the icky feelings I had, listening to my gut feelings, Saying no when I meant no, actually processing my feelings and promising to myself that I would love and care for myself . Of course the process of self love and acceptance is a long one but I am proud to say I am on my way to a better me. So with 2011 I'm looking forward to learning me, to loving me for better or worse and I think I'm off to a good start! I'm ready to meet my potential, to end self doubt, to conquer all that I fear and have FUN!!! I hope that with the new year I find a place of peace, happiness and grace. Bring the good stuff 2011 <3
